1979 Buick LeSabre Limited

Parked in front of the Tilden Mansion, c. 1896. (No, not the home of Samuel J. Tilden, but rather the much-less-famous Charles Lee Tilden, a Bay Area attorney).

This LeSabre is equipped with the Oldsmobile 403 cubic-inch V8 engine, the largest powerplant offered on the LeSabre, and the final year it was available.

1963 Triumph Spitfire Mk. I

So this one’s stumped me a bit, because it has the grille from a Spitfire Mk. II (’65-’67), but no rear Mk. II badging as one would expect, indicating that perhaps it’s a Mk. I (’62-’64) with a Mk. II grille. But it also doesn’t have the Triumph logo up front that would be expected on either car. The final clue is that the registration sticker on the license plate says 1964, which is what I’m going with. But it also has quad exhausts (definitely not stock), so who knows. (EDIT: We’ve found someone who knows: it’s a ’63. Thanks, Eric!)
